Perfect Find for Nashville Native

We looked at this property when it was "Sycamores", and then once again when it became "City Side Flats". The difference was day and night. We finally moved in, and the apartment was not in good condition, or updated like we thought it would be. The staff was amazing, and quickly showed us our other options. They ended up transferring us to the brand new units across the courtyard. I can't believe the two apartments are in the same complex. Overall- the staff is working very hard to update the units. I am beyond happy with our new unit, and pleasantly surprised with how they handled it. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Overall satisfied

I am overall very happy with the apartment complex and have lived there almost 3 years. What is frustrating is that while the washer and dryers and exercise room are in need up updating the company has chosen to remodel the leasing office first. We have been waiting for months for the fitness room to reopen and it doesn't seem like they have even replaced the machines.

It's home to me

The Sycamores is the perfect place for me - it's close enough to Nashville but doesn't have the overly-priced rents like a lot of apartments do near the city. The office staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They've done quite a bit of work to keep the community looking nice - I especially love the dog park for my puppy!
